In the deep green forest where sunlight fell softly through tall trees, Monkey Rozy lived with her small baby. Rozy was young and strong, known for her fast jumping and clever climbing. But when she became a mother, her behavior slowly changed, and many animals in the forest began to notice something was wrong.
Every morning, baby monkey stayed close to Rozy, crying softly for warmth and milk. Instead of holding her baby gently, Rozy often pushed the little one away. She seemed more interested in finding food for herself than caring for her newborn. While other mother monkeys shared food and cleaned their babies carefully, Rozy sat alone, chewing fruits and leaves without looking back.
One day, the baby monkey followed Rozy as she jumped from branch to branch. The baby was weak and slow, struggling to keep up. Suddenly, the baby slipped and fell onto a lower branch, crying loudly in fear. Rozy stopped for a moment and looked down, but she did not rush to help. She only watched, then turned away and continued moving. The baby climbed back up with great effort, shaking and scared.
The forest was full of danger. Eagles flew high above, and snakes rested quietly on the ground. Without her mother’s protection, the baby monkey was always at risk. Sometimes, an older female monkey tried to get close and check on the baby, but Rozy showed anger and chased her away, as if she did not want help or advice.
At feeding time, Rozy refused to share. The baby begged with tiny hands and sad eyes, but Rozy ignored the cries. Hunger made the baby weak, and its fur lost its shine. Still, the baby followed Rozy everywhere, hoping for love that never came.
As the sun set, the baby curled up alone on a cold branch while Rozy slept far away. The forest became quiet, but the baby’s soft cries could still be heard in the dark. This was only the beginning of the baby’s hard life. What would happen next to the little monkey with a bad mom like Rozy?
